Shaffer Brothers is a family business, and as a result, family values are the core of our philosophy. Trust, honesty, reliability, and mutual respect are the backbone of our family and business. Shaffer Construction was established in 1976 by Elmer Shaffer, known to many as "Babe." During the formative years of the company, Babe developed a passion for the art and craftsmanship of masonry. This passion, plus attention to detail and quality workmanship, has become the hallmark of Shaffer Brothers.  The standard of producing high quality masonry has never changed. 

Babe was eventually joined by his three sons, to form the business name, Shaffer Brothers. Owner, Dan Shaffer, has remained committed to the ongoing success of the business, and has taken the business to new heights in recent years.  He has been a part of the business for 45 years.  With Babe as the cornerstone, the foundation was laid when his son chose to take over and build the company to where it is today. Now the third generation Shaffer has been With the business for 25 years, and is continuing the tradition of high-quality masonry.
